They are produced using on the finest ingredients including locally sourced rain water and premium Tasmanian barley. The barrels are exposed to seas mist from the nearby Spring Bay. This Bourbon Cask whisky from Spring Bay has aromas of vanilla and creme brulee with herbaceous and fruit undertones. A bright and sweet opening on the palate moving to a rich, clean alcohol
