Suave in texture but quite dry, even a bit austere, showing good mineral and floral lift. Finishes tactile, lightly saline and persistent, with a note of crushed stone. This appears to be evolving slowly. Once again there is a vague whiff of the exotic sitting atop the white and green fruit aromas that include mandarin orange, passion fruit and a hint of peach.
